Public Policy

In the public policy arena, WorkLife Law focuses on two major areas:

WorkLife Law provides data, research, and technical assistance to policymakers and advocates who seek to address FRD and workplace flexibility through public policy. To all the assistance it provides, WorkLife Law brings its unique perspective, derived from working with both employers and employees.

On issues related to federal public policies on workplace flexibility, WorkLife Law works closely with Workplace Flexibility 2010. Other organizations address additional policy solutions related to work/life balance, including child care, family and medical leave, paid sick days, and benefits.
